Energy Efficency Calculations
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for all commercial
buildings that are to be sold or let to new tenants.
EPC’s are issued on completion of energy performance calculations prepared
for the building which take into account the buildings construction,
position, heating, lighting and usage.
These calculations can be prepared either from as built drawings or from a
survey of the premises.
We are qualified to undertake the survey and or carry out the energy
calculations from as built drawings and issue the Energy Performance
Certificate.
