Project Management & CDM Regulations
The construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM) place
specific duties on clients for when construction works are undertaken
together with the professional advisors and contractors who work with
them.
We are able to offer our services as registered planning supervisors with
considerable knowledge of design and construction processes on health and
safety issues.
This enables us to coordinate and implement these issues at the planning
and design stage in the preparation of :

The Health and Safety Plan.

Notifying the Health and Safety Executive. |

Undertaking site inspections to ensure compliance with the Health and
Safety Plan. |

Compilation and issue of the Health and Safety File on completion of
the project. |
Project Management
For clients who wish to manage projects themselves we are able to assist
in liaising with service providers, professional services and contractors
thus reducing the commitment of their time spent on the project.
